Your tasks
  • Develop and implement the strategic vision for the eCommerce & Acquiring business unit focused on merchant services.
  • Identify growth opportunities and create a roadmap for further developing the service portfolio for merchants.
  • Align the acquisition strategy with Bank Frick AG's overall business objectives.
  • Manage the team, including leadership, coaching, supervision, and development, along with budget management and cost control.
  • Actively manage relationships and build alliances with industry players (payment processors, ISOs, technology providers).
  • Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance merchant onboarding, support, and retention.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and internal policies.

Your profile
  • Ideally, you hold an advanced bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, finance, finance industry, digitalization, or a related field, with a specific focus on banking acquisition, merchant onboarding, ISOs, and risk management.
  • Your proven experience and corresponding reputation lie in the areas of merchant services, payment processing, eCommerce, and the acquisition of electronic trading platforms.
  • With several years of management experience in medium-sized teams (approximately 7 employees), you are well-prepared for this role.
  • Knowledge of payment processing systems and related software is an advantage
  • Your track record includes successfully developing and implementing business strategies.
  • You possess a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Describing yourself as communicative and socially intelligent, you thrive in collaborative environments.
  • Your proficiency in German and English is very good (level C1/C2).
