Your tasks

Develop and implement the strategic vision for the eCommerce & Acquiring business unit focused on merchant services.
Identify growth opportunities and create a roadmap for further developing the service portfolio for merchants.
Align the acquisition strategy with Bank Frick AG's overall business objectives.
Manage the team, including leadership, coaching, supervision, and development, along with budget management and cost control.
Actively manage relationships and build alliances with industry players (payment processors, ISOs, technology providers).
Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance merchant onboarding, support, and retention.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and internal policies.

Your profile

Ideally, you hold an advanced bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, finance, finance industry, digitalization, or a related field, with a specific focus on banking acquisition, merchant onboarding, ISOs, and risk management.
Your proven experience and corresponding reputation lie in the areas of merchant services, payment processing, eCommerce, and the acquisition of electronic trading platforms.
With several years of management experience in medium-sized teams (approximately 7 employees), you are well-prepared for this role.
Knowledge of payment processing systems and related software is an advantage
Your track record includes successfully developing and implementing business strategies.
You possess a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Describing yourself as communicative and socially intelligent, you thrive in collaborative environments.
Your proficiency in German and English is very good (level C1/C2).
